One-inch-thick low-density expanded polystyrene bead board is provided at the end of the casing where buried in concrete. A one-inch clearance is maintained at the sides and a three-inch clearance is maintained at the ends between the casing and the concrete. The casing aligns with the top of concrete reference line.
