An anchor bolt schedule dictates embedment depths ranging from five to seven inches for bolt diameters spanning one-half to one inch. An L-shaped anchor bolt is set into the concrete mass with a minimum embedment depth noted per schedule and a two-inch minimum unless otherwise noted. General notes specify that minimum bolt spacing shall be twelve bolt diameters with a minimum edge distance of six diameters.
