A precast concrete wall panel connects to a structural steel floor framing assembly featuring a metal deck slab and a diagonal brace. The concrete wall contains panel reinforcement per schedule, XPS foam insulation, and a cold joint with number four dowels spaced at twelve inches on center. Additional number eight reinforcing bars are placed each face unless noted otherwise, with number four ties at twelve inches on center maintaining a two-inch clear cover. A Lenton form saver is integrated at the slab intersection per the tenant improvement package. An embed plate is cast into the concrete wall to receive a gusset plate connection supporting the structural steel beam and diagonal brace.
