Cold-formed metal stud base track and jamb connections anchoring light-gauge steel framing to a concrete slab. The base track sits flush on the slab, secured with three-eighths-inch diameter expansion anchors spaced per structural drawings alongside number eight sheet metal screws at each stud on each side. Jamb conditions feature double studs tied with 43-mil plates and number eight sheet metal screws at twelve to twenty-four inches on center. The bottom runner track is anchored using similar expansion anchors with a maximum eight-inch spacing near openings.
