A typical toe kick splice connection mounts to the top flange of a structural steel beam. A splice plate measuring 1/4 inch by 4 inches by 0 feet 7 1/2 inches positions on the far side of the toe kick piece. The assembly maintains a maximum gap and coordinates with metal grating sized per plan. Top of steel elevations and specific dimensions reference the structural framing plan.
