Cold-formed steel studs spaced at sixteen inches on center connect to a built-up box header configuration. The header utilizes an 18-gauge 2x2 angle turned down with cut track flanges and is secured using number 10 sheet metal screws on each leg. Number 10 sheet metal screws fasten each side at each stud web, with additional fasteners spaced at twelve inches on center.
