Foundation block outs and enlarged footing configurations for precast concrete wall panels. The continuous footing includes enlarged square footings reinforced with number five bars at twelve inches on center each way or four-foot minimum square footings with four number five bars each way. The precast concrete wall panels feature a variable block out width measuring one and a half times the continuous footing width, not to exceed seven feet. Additional reinforcement includes number seven bars continuous each face and number five bars each face with number three ties at twelve inches on center across the full width of the panel. Callouts indicate the edge of opening, future sawcut lines for dock levelers, and sill and guard locations.
