A precast concrete wall panel bears upon a cast-in-place continuous concrete footing reinforced with three number four continuous bars and number four transverse bars at eighteen inches on center with three inches of typical clearance. The wall panel contains number five vertical reinforcing bars at twelve inches on center and number four horizontal reinforcing bars at ten inches on center. Number five dowels at twenty-four inches on center tie the wall panel to the adjacent concrete slab, which is poured after the panels are erected. The footing joint includes two inches of grout and two number five continuous bars, with a single number five continuous bar above. Number five ties are spaced at twenty-four inches on center within the footing assembly.
