An exterior art piece is supported by a 915 millimeter diameter by 2750 millimeter maximum height assembly anchored to a reinforced concrete pedestal. A 12.5 millimeter thick steel base plate secures the artwork using four 12 millimeter diameter Grade 55 post-installed anchors with a minimum embedment of 400 millimeters. The 915 millimeter diameter concrete pedestal is reinforced with twelve 20 millimeter vertical bars and 10 millimeter ties spaced at 150 millimeters, with two ties at 75 millimeters spacing at the top. The pedestal bears on a 1500 by 1500 by 300 millimeter deep pad footing reinforced with eight 15 millimeter bottom bars each way, resting on a bearing surface prepared per geotechnical recommendations.
