A reinforced concrete grade beam supports an overlying slab or wall, with its width and depth sized per the structural schedule. Two number four dowels spaced at sixteen inches on center extend with a one foot eight inch embedment into the grade beam. Stirrups are provided per schedule, supplemented by number four bars each face when the depth exceeds thirty inches. The concrete footing extends into adjacent footings as indicated.
