An 8-inch cold-formed steel stud framing assembly connects to an intermediate hollow structural section steel beam sized per plan. The top and bottom of the HSS beam interface with 800T125-43 and 800T200-43 deflection tracks respectively. Each track is fastened to the structural steel member using two Hilti X-U powder-actuated fasteners spaced at 24 inches on center.
