A six-inch steel Schedule 40 pipe is filled with 3,000 PSI concrete and topped with a six-inch bollard dome cap. The pipe extends down to a concrete pole footing, with C6X stiffener channels on each side and a stiffener plate. The entire footing assembly is positioned at the property line, extending below the finish grade and existing grade.
