A metal roof deck terminates at a continuous hollow structural section member measuring twelve by twelve inches with a quarter-inch wall thickness. The deck bears on a continuous five-by-three-inch angle with a quarter-inch thickness welded typically on three sides with a quarter-inch fillet weld. Continuous steel beams sized per plan stack vertically to form the perimeter framing. A continuous quarter-inch bent plate transitions to architectural glazing located above and below the assembly.
