A formed concrete curb with a continuous horizontal number three reinforcing bar is cast monolithic with a typical concrete slab edge. The curb measures four inches minimum to ten inches maximum in width and features a ten-inch maximum height per architectural drawings. Number three dowels spaced at eighteen inches on center tie the slab edge into a thickened concrete footing as occurs. Hardscape or finish grade is detailed per plan and details adjacent to the exterior slab.
