Concrete slab edge conditions bear on structural steel beams. The assembly includes reinforcing bars per plan with hooked bars provided as required, maintained with a three-quarters inch clearance. A sixteen-gauge edge form is detailed at the perimeter with a two-inch minimum dimension. Hooked bars may be rotated ninety degrees as needed to fit within the slab depth, accompanied by number four continuous reinforcing where required.
