A wide-flange beam frames into the web of a wide-flange girder with a variable vertical drop. A connection plate bolts to both the beam web and the girder web with bolt centerlines sized per schedule. The top flange of the supported beam is blocked or coped to clear the girder flange above. Welding and bolt sizes are specified per schedule.
