Metal stud walls are constructed using 362S125-33 studs at 16 inches on center tied into top and bottom tracks secured with power-driven shot pins and screws. Ceiling joists spanning up to 13 feet maximum consist of 600S125-33 members at 16 inches on center bearing on continuous angles and precast concrete wall panels with Hilti Kwik Bolt TZ anchors. The light pole foundation consists of a 30-inch diameter concrete pier reinforced with six number 7 or eight number 5 vertical bars and number 3 ties at 12 inches on center surrounding electrical conduit. Anchor bolts and leveling nuts secure the pole base plate atop the concrete pier which is set into natural undisturbed or compacted fill soil.
