A steel column supports a structural steel truss top chord and web members, featuring a bearing plate measuring one and a half inches by half an inch minimum, wider than the column dimension. The assembly is secured with four seven-eighths-inch diameter A325N bolts at six inches on center, centered on the truss web. Diagonal braces connect into gusset plates and the column web. Standard beam gusset assemblies are welded with quarter-inch fillet welds as indicated. Steel beams per plan frame into the connection with standard beam framing angles.
