Anchor rod templates for structural foundation connections consist of a quarter-inch plate used as the template material with a typical two-inch dimension offset. Each anchor rod group requires a template secured by one additional nut per rod. Bolt hole diameters are specified to be one-sixteenth of an inch larger than the specified rod diameter.
