An alternate closed stirrup configuration designed for concrete confinement on one side only. The stirrup wraps around the main longitudinal reinforcing bars within a concrete beam or column section, featuring standard seismic hooks anchored internally. This configuration provides localized confinement when framing conditions restrict standard stirrup placement on adjacent sides.
