The double angle brace is bolted to the gusset plate, with bolt spacing set at 3 inches typical and edge distances at 1 1/2 inches typical. The brace workline intersects the column and beam centerlines at a 90-degree angle. The beam-to-column connection is referenced to the project elevation drawings.
