A steel column terminates below a concrete over metal floor deck at a similar floor condition where the column does not extend above. Steel beams frame into the column flange and web using bolted shear tab connections with typical detail references. The concrete floor slab is cast over corrugated metal floor decking spanning between the supporting steel beams.
