A continuous L6x4x5/16 ledger angle anchors to the concrete wall using three-quarter-inch diameter stud anchors spaced at twelve inches on center, starting bolts six inches from the end. A continuous number five reinforcing bar runs horizontally through the wall. Simpson F hangers support four-by-six number two Douglas Fir framing at four feet on center, with four-by-twelve members used where applicable. Two seven-eighth-inch diameter through bolts connect the framing assembly inside each leg, supplemented by a two-and-a-half-by-two-and-a-quarter angle on each side with long leg vertical. Straps and pins are applied per nailing notes.
