Precast wall panels connect to continuous concrete foundations at openings with varying panel depths below finished floor level. Panel to slab dowels tie the vertical element into the concrete slab and continuous footing, backed by two number five continuous reinforcing bars and number three bars at eight inches on center. A two inch grout bed sits beneath the panel base over the continuous footing. Finished grade asphalt paving or concrete slab abuts the exterior while an interior pour strip and storefront assembly complete the threshold.
