This panelized roof assembly consists of purlins spaced at eight feet on center, supporting Douglas Fir number one two-by-four rafters at twenty-four inches on center at the warehouse, and Douglas Fir number two two-by-six rafters at twenty-four inches on center at the office unless noted otherwise. Structural one plywood or wood structural panel sheathing is installed parallel to the rafters with staggered joints, using continuous edge nailing and intermediate nailing. Four-inch nominal rafters occur at specific locations detailed elsewhere on the drawings, and a general note directs the builder to sheet SD.6 detail eight for additional information.
