Two-sided beam-to-column connections show a supported steel beam framing into the web of a wide flange column and an HSS column. Connection is made using a plate sized per schedule bolted to the beam web with a column of bolts at typical spacings. The wide flange column detail incorporates a five-eighths inch plate typical and weld size details, while the HSS column detail shows equivalent bolt spacing and plate connection criteria.
