An isolated concrete equipment pad bears on grade next to an interior slab-on-grade with a one-half inch neoprene filler expansion joint all around at the interior condition. The pad is reinforced with number five bars at twelve inches on center each way in both top and bottom mats with two inches of clearance. Anchorage for equipment is provided per plan with a minimum three-inch clearance. The exterior side features a minimum one-foot drop to the exterior slab or finish grade with a six-inch minimum curb as required.
