A structural roof truss is reinforced with top and bottom chord retrofits that extend to the first panel point beyond the third points, as detailed on sheet two. Retrofit web members are installed with compression and tension designations and must extend a minimum of four feet beyond the new rooftop unit. The retrofit web members are typical at the highlighted members shown in detail three. The new rooftop unit is located per plan.
