A twelve-inch thick concrete mat footing is reinforced with number six rebars spaced at sixteen inches on center each way in both top and bottom layers. Three inches of clearance is maintained from the bottom of the footing to the reinforcement. Dimension lines indicate a two-foot-six-inch offset from a grid intersection point labeled M.D.
