A concrete tilt-up wall panel bears onto a cast-in-place concrete footing and is anchored by vertical reinforcing dowels. An exterior slab or grade sits adjacent to the base of the wall panel. The footing contains horizontal bottom reinforcement and vertical anchor bolts.
