A structural steel connection joining a bent W-beam, C-shape, or MC-shape member angled either up or down. The joint utilizes complete joint penetration welds at the top and bottom flanges, alongside a complete joint penetration weld at the web. A stiffener plate matches the web thickness, positioned on each side at a W-beam and one side at a channel member. Fillet welds are applied to three sides typical with a sizing equal to half the web thickness.
