A Unistrut brace connects to the underside of a structural steel beam flange using a Unistrut SPF100 attachment secured with three-eighths inch diameter machine bolts. The brace must be located less than forty-five degrees in plan from the centerline of the steel beam. Section A-A shows the profile and weld configuration for the attachment assembly.
