A 4x4 sub-purlin is connected to a concrete tilt-up wall panel using an L 6"x4"x5/16" ledger angle anchored with three-quarter-inch diameter by 6-inch weld stud anchors spaced at 12 inches on center. The wall panel is reinforced with two #5 bars at the connection height. Two 2-1/2"x1/4" plates are fitted to each side of the 4x4 sub-purlin and secured with two three-quarter-inch diameter through-bolts. The through-bolts are spaced at 2 inches, 4 inches, and 6 inches from the end. A three-sixteenth-inch typical fillet weld secures the assembly.
