Exposed concrete edges are finished with a three-quarter-inch chamfer on all exposed corners, dimensioned at three-quarters of an inch in both directions. The bottom edge incorporates a drip groove measuring three-quarters of an inch wide, set one and a half inches or as shown from the vertical face. General notes clarify that chamfers are not required at the top of slab pours unless otherwise directed, and direct the use of alternate details for non-chamfered corner treatments.
