Composite plate shear wall connection configurations feature boundary plates with six-inch diameter concrete flow holes spaced at twenty-four inches on center. Intermittent alignment plates are provided by the contractor at panel joints and splices. Complete joint penetration welds and five-sixteenth inch fillet welds secure the steel plate assemblies.
