A sixteen gauge top track sized to match the stud width anchors beneath a concrete fill over metal deck assembly. Vertical wall studs extend upward into the track and connect with number ten sheet metal screws on each side. A five-eighths inch diameter expansion or screw anchor with a three and one-half inch embedment secures the top track through every other low flute at twenty-four inches on center.
