This wall section details an insulated concrete sandwich panel with a central layer of extruded polystyrene foam insulation. The panel incorporates reinforcing steel on both the outside and inside faces placed per the structural schedule. A cold joint sits below a reinforced concrete beam element at the top of the wall, containing two number four additional bars each face and number three ties spaced at six inches on center. Clear cover measures two inches on the outside face and one and one-quarter inches on the inside face.
