An angle hanger supports a wide-flange beam offset condition using an L4x4x3/8 structural steel angle. One-quarter-inch fillet welds secure the angle hanger to the supporting elements with a maximum one-inch vertical clearance and up to one-inch horizontal offset. Quarter-inch thick stiffener plates are centered on each side of the angle and attached with three-sixteenth-inch typical fillet welds. The supported wide-flange beam is sized per plan and set with a zero-foot zero-and-a-half-inch offset.
