An embed plate measuring three-eighths by nine by nine inches is secured with four three-quarter-inch diameter by six-inch headed stud anchors at thirty-two inches on center, positioned a minimum of four and one-half inches from the panel edge with a minimum of four anchors between beam ends. For conditions parallel to deck flutes, a continuous three-by-five by one-quarter-inch angle is provided. For conditions perpendicular to deck flutes, a continuous four-by-four by three-eighths-inch angle is utilized. One-half-inch diameter by thirty-six-inch deformed bar anchors are spaced to match diaphragm reinforcement spacing at an 18-inch on-center minimum.
