Ten number seven vertical reinforcing bars are placed within the end boundary element of a ten-inch concrete wall. Number five vertical inside face bars and outside face bars run at twelve inches on center with horizontal bars each face at twelve inches on center. Number four stirrups are spaced at six inches on center in the boundary zone and twelve inches on center along the wall web. Concrete cover is one and one-half inches.
