A structural steel column is supported on a half-inch steel base plate secured to a concrete slab on grade. Four five-eighths-inch diameter by six-inch Titen HD concrete screws anchor the base plate through one and one-half inches of non-shrink grout. Typical steel studs and a continuous bottom track frame around the column assembly.
