A partition post connects to a concrete slab poured over metal deck using a baseplate secured by four three-quarter-inch Grade 36 threaded rods. The threaded rods pass through the assembly and are secured with a one-half-inch backing plate matching the baseplate dimensions below the deck. Bolt holes in the plates are sized to a maximum seven-eighths-inch diameter.
