Precast concrete wall panels connect to wood roof framing using continuous four-by-six and four-by-twelve wood ledgers secured with three-quarter-inch diameter anchor bolts spaced at twenty-four inches on center. Simpson HDU8 hold-down anchors are installed at four feet on center on each side to tie the roof diaphragm to the wall. Roof framing consists of four-by-six members with Simpson HU hangers at forty-eight inches on center with two-by-six framing in between, and six-by-fourteen members supported by Simpson GLT hangers. Two rows of bolts are provided at specified intervals with offset farside couplers as required for extension.
