A CoreBrace buckling-restrained brace connects via a bolted lug to a wide-flange column and wide-flange beams sized per plan. Stiffener plates are provided near side and far side as required by the brace design. A roof deck bears across the top flanges of the beams. A separate moment connection detail is referenced for the beam-to-column joint.
