An inclined wide-flange beam stringer supports an angled seating frame constructed from L3x3x1/4 structural steel angles as sized per plan. A composite floor slab consisting of 3 inches of concrete over 1.5VL18 metal deck spans across the framing. A 3/16-inch continuous steel plate acts as a kick plate and pour stop, bolted to the angle frame using two 3/4-inch diameter A325-N bolts at each vertical leg. Welded connections include a 3/16-inch fillet weld and a complete joint penetration weld securing the steel framing elements.
