A wide-flange steel beam supports a stepped concrete slab assembly featuring an L3x3x3/8 angle member. Full-depth stiffener plates are welded to each side of the beam web using five-sixteenth-inch fillet welds. Additional reinforcement and metal deck connections reference details on sheet S6.02.
