A reinforced concrete grade beam supports a concrete slab on grade with dimensions and sizes per schedule. The beam section contains top bars, bottom bars, top added bars, bottom added bars, and closed stirrups sized per schedule. For beam depths greater than thirty inches, number five reinforcing bars are provided on each face. Reinforcing extends into adjacent footings per typical grade beam reinforcement details.
