Typical concrete wall corner reinforcing configuration for single and double curtain walls. Horizontal reinforcing bars are detailed with standard hooks and lap splice lengths typical at corners and intersecting cross walls. Unexposed wall corners include a three-quarter inch chamfer where walls are not in contact with soil. Alternate bars are placed on each side as indicated for proper load transfer.
