Steel columns anchor to concrete footings sized per plan, featuring base plates secured with anchor bolts. A reinforced concrete grade beam spans between footings with longitudinal reinforcement requiring a specified development length, denoted as Ld. Bottom reinforcement maintains a three inch clearance from the underside of the concrete element. Footing and grade beam dimensions and reinforcement schedules are sized per plan.
