The head of the opening consists of an 800T150-54 header track framing over 800S162-54 header studs, reinforced with a 1 1/2 x 1 1/2 x 54-mil angle fastened with three number 8 screws to the header and three number 8 screws to the cap track. Jambs are formed from back-to-back pairs of 800S250-68 studs with a T150-54 cap track attached using number 8 screws at each leg spaced at 12 inches on center. Six-inch cripple studs match the jamb and secure with four number 8 screws to the cap track. The sill assembly utilizes an 800T150-43 sill track, anchored to the supporting substrate with two 1/4-inch diameter by 2-inch embedment Titen HD screws spaced at 4 inches on center with a minimum 4-inch edge distance.
